"Um, nope, I didn't write that."

"I think your son would like you to come on the field trip."
"Yup, looks like I'm coming."
"We'll see you there."
....Now I've heard of forging a note as your mother to get out of trouble...but forging a note to make your mother come on a field trip??

I have to say, though...I can sign my mom's name just like she does. A little nifty trick I picked up in high school from when she had to sign my band practice sheets. Yes, our band director made us high schoolers have signed practice sheets. I always practiced, I loved band. But I always forgot to have mom sign them.
